Micronarratives In Georgia: How To Collect Feedback From Citizen Experts

Unlike a traditional survey, which asks people to answer a specific question, a project in Georgia used triads so that people telling their stories could also interpret their own response. By using these 'micronarratives', innovators were able to see how behaviour and perceptions evolve over time as well as the effectiveness of measures designed to improve social conditions
